1. Goods shall be considered to be of good quality if they do not contain ingredients prohibited by law, the essential characteristics of the goods have not changed due to improper storage conditions, the goods are not mechanically damaged, their packaging is not damaged or there are no other quality defects.

2. The Buyer has the right to return to the Seller only the Goods of incorrect quality ordered or purchased in the e-shop.

3. In order to return goods of appropriate quality, the Buyer may apply to the Seller no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer stating the reason for refusal of the goods. The decision on replacement and / or return of goods of appropriate quality is made by the Seller in accordance with the Retail Rules of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Returned or exchanged quality goods must be undamaged, have not lost their commercial appearance (labels have not been removed and damaged, protective films have not been torn off, etc.) and may not be used. The Product must be returned in the original packaging, in the same set as received by the Buyer, be sure to provide the Product purchase document, instructions for use and other accessories of the Product. If the Product is not complete, damaged, untidy or not properly packaged, the Seller has the right not to accept the Product, not to change it and not return the money paid by the Buyer for the Product.

5. In cases of return of the Goods specified in the Rules, the Seller shall return the money paid for the Goods to the Buyer within 10 (ten) working days from the date of returning the Goods by transferring the money to the payer's bank account after deducting the delivery fee.
